Launch LET Clubs in Nassarawa
A partnership empowering over 200 teenagers across 10 schools with leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology skills.
About the Program
On February 3rd, 2025, Steering for Greatness Foundation, in collaboration with YiSHDA (Youth Initiative for Sustainable Human Development in Africa), officially launched the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (LET) Clubs in Nassarawa State.
This initiative marks an exciting milestone in our mission to equip young Africans with future-ready skills and create a pipeline of ethical leaders and innovators.
The program began with 10 private secondary schools, each with 20 students in SS2 (Senior Secondary 2), totaling 200 students. Volunteer teachers from each school serve as facilitators and mentors, ensuring sustainability and ownership within the community.

Impact So Far
In just the first weeks:
- Students are already collaborating on SDG-focused projects, addressing challenges in their schools and communities.
- Teachers have expressed enthusiasm about their role as facilitators, seeing it as professional growth.
Schools are beginning to view LET Clubs as a catalyst for 21st-century education.
What's Next
Together with YiSHDA, we are preparing to host a Teacher Training Session in July 2025 to strengthen the capacity of facilitators and deepen the impact of the clubs.
