From a one day Beyond Education workshop that served 50 students a lovely May afternoon in 2016, we have grown to an education nonprofit that has reached over 2500 teenagers and worked with 150 teachers and administrators in Nigeria and Kenya till date.

Through the years we have honed in on our focal areas – leadership, entrepreneurship and technology skills for young people and experiential education training for educators so that education on the continent is meeting the needs of the next generation and making them future ready.

Our programs have since evolved past one-day workshops based on our co-creation approach with our target audience to LET Boot camps, Educator Leadership Clinics, Future of Work Summits, Future Readiness Tours across both public and private schools and more recently to our LETClubs.

Our recent program LETClub, is our approach to dive deeper and connect students through an experiential club into the skills they need for tomorrow. But first we begin with them understanding who they are and connecting them with opportunities and mentors.

Two questions that remains on our mind that will continue to inform the work we do is – What does the future of education look like? And how are we preparing our young people for a dynamic future?
